Troubleshooting Guide

App not loading?

  • Close and reopen the app
  • Check your internet connection
  • Restart your device

Score not updating?

  • Ensure HealthKit permissions are enabled in Settings > Privacy > Health
  • Wait a few minutes for data to sync
  • Check that you have entered all required baseline data (age, biological sex, blood pressure)

Notifications not working?

  • Go to Settings > Notifications > VascVita and enable notifications
  • Make sure "Do Not Disturb" mode is not enabled
  • Check that notification permissions were granted when you first installed the app

Other issues?

  • Delete and reinstall the app
  • Make sure you're running the latest version of iOS
  • Contact our support team
