Troubleshooting Guide
App not loading?
- Close and reopen the app
- Check your internet connection
- Restart your device
Score not updating?
- Ensure HealthKit permissions are enabled in Settings > Privacy > Health
- Wait a few minutes for data to sync
- Check that you have entered all required baseline data (age, biological sex, blood pressure)
Notifications not working?
- Go to Settings > Notifications > VascVita and enable notifications
- Make sure "Do Not Disturb" mode is not enabled
- Check that notification permissions were granted when you first installed the app
Other issues?
- Delete and reinstall the app
- Make sure you're running the latest version of iOS
